You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a courier service with tracking capabilities for your return shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection and Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the returned item is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
